My space and the dashboard

Two more places Admin Health shows up.

My space

A page in each space's settings, for that space's admins. It shows the space's field scheme against its limit, releases and components, and:

• Your fields: fields in the space's field scheme that the last scan found no use for, with a CSV and a note ready for your Jira admin, and any fields planned for removal.
• Your people: people named in the space's roles whose Jira access is gone, checked when the page opens.
• What to ask your Jira admin, in one list.

Dashboard gadget

Add the Admin Health: site health gadget to a Jira dashboard: the verdict, problems per area, people with no Jira access and what changed since the last scan. Only Jira admins can add it or see its contents; anyone else who opens a shared dashboard sees "Only Jira admins can see this". It updates after each scan.
