Terms of use

These terms are between you (the organization that installs the app) and Syed Mohammad Rizwan, who publishes the app under the name Factorant ("we"). Atlassian is not a party to them.

1. Use. You may install and use the app on your Atlassian sites for your own organization. It is free during the beta and while it is listed as free.
2. What it does. It reads your Jira configuration and shows findings to your Jira administrators. It changes nothing in your Jira. Findings are a guide, not a guarantee: check before you delete or change anything.
3. Atlassian's limits. The app runs on Atlassian Forge and is subject to Atlassian's platform quotas and Jira's rate limits. On a large site a scan can take hours, can pause when Jira asks it to wait, and can stop when the app's storage allowance is used up; the app says when that happens.
4. Your data. Our privacy page says what the app reads and stores. Your data stays in your Atlassian site.
5. Support. Through our support portal. We answer critical problems within 24 hours and other requests within five business days.
6. No warranty. The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim (for a free app, nothing).
7. Changes and ending. We may change these terms and will post the new version here 30 days before it applies. You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app.
